Order Policy

Storybound LLC tries our best to be as sustainably and environmentally conscious as possible. Therefore, we package our products in compostable, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging, and use PURE Labels for our labels, which are all compostable.

We use carrier calculated shipping prices through USPS, using Priority Mail Shipping that is calculated at check out depending on location.

We package and ship all orders from our home office location in Estes Park, Colorado as orders come in. All orders should arrive within 1-7 business days depending on location. Please be aware that unavoidable delays may occur through the shipping carrier, and also that we are a small, family run business and delays may also occur due to life.

Upon receiving your order, if it is visibly damaged or missing items you ordered, please hold onto it and contact us immediately at shopstorybound@gmail.com, so we may resolve the issue.

If an item goes out of stock before your order is put together, we will notify you and, depending on the situation, you can choose to be refunded for the item or wait for it to come back in stock and we will ship it to you at no extra shipping cost to you.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of purchase.

A refund for canceled orders can only be issued if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
